After making amends to the year book. The team took a visit down to Duffield printers to show us round the printers and to help us organise what stocks we would like the book to be printed onto. The print specialists recommended using an uncoated stock with an uncoated cover. The price however we wont be able to afford a foil or a finish. THe printers outsource their foil production and finishing production and there the movement on the price was not very flexible. We had a tour around the printers and saw all the facilities available from digital to a 10 colour litho printer. We took away some samples and arranged a press pas to see our book go through the printers. We agreed to make the cost come down and extra £100.00 to bring the page count to 112 which we did by taking some showcase pages out.
